Q: How can I get your Quotation Sheet?
A: Please send your Email at ixps@gdsurfboard.com or fax 0086-575-88215866 and include the profile of your company, phone and fax numbers and physical address (including street city, state, zip, country) along with the full name of the contact person. If we updated our price list, we will send it to you by email or fax.
Q: How could I get the samples?
A: Yes. We can supply some free samples if you have a DHL, TNT, UPS or FedEx account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.
If the total value of samples is more than US$10, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.
If you don't have courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company; or send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.
Q: What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) of each item?
A: We focus on wholesale business. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) will vary from item to item, but is usually 1 x 20 foot container (mixed products). Minimum Order Quantities are listed as follows:
surfboard blanks: 150 PCS;
Fiberglass cloth: 2000 meters;
Epoxy resin system: 600kgs (200 kgs resin and 100 kgs hardener);
And other product please contact us by email or call.
The lead time is at least 10-20 days (It does not include shipping time).
Q: I'm intersted with your product. But can not meet your MOQ requirements. What should I do?
A: Please send us the order infomation and we would gladly pass along this informations to someone who can supply you our products indirectly.

Q: What's the estimated shipping cost and shipping times?
A: If you buy one 20' or 40' containter, I will let your know how much you shall pay for the shipping cost after we get your destination seaport, also after confirmation from our forwarder. You also can use your own forwarder.
Q: Why the air expensive is so expensive?
A:Our blanks is very light. But the volumn is large. so the airfreight is based on volumetric weight, not the gross weight.
the volumetric weight=(length*width*height)/ 6,000.
For example:
3 pieces 6¡¯3¡± surfboard blanks
volumetric weight = 193cm*54cm*30cm/6000 cu.cm=53kg
gross weight = 6 kg
The chargeable weight will 53kg.
